I can’t tell anyone because I know it will hurt a lot of people that I love. But the need to get it off of my shoulders is killing me.

You possiblly need to tell a trusted online friend that is not part of nor knows any of your irl freinds, loved ones. Just to get it off your shoulders/conscious.

That's understandable!! Are they judgmental because of that? Having the weight of the secret on your shoulders can be a lot. Find a stranger online and tell them if you want. And if that stranger is me, I would never judge
