You can go ahead and scratch off that first one off your poll, as someone that has been doing research on skincare to run my brand I had to study a lot on ingredients and I had to avoid to sell makeup entirely because a majority of makeup use fillers, parabens and synthetics that makes it extremely hard to ever claim that the reason of use is to protect the skin barrier, that's of course not including dyes which are almost never natural because they require their own formulation that is... again not very healthy, personally I couldn't push myself to sell it because of this specifically, a lot of women are either being lied too or they aren't being informed on what they put on their skin. Many companies also add a small percentage of something healthy and promote that on the advertisement, and a healthy ingredient is pointless if the rest of the formulation is a hazard.
You are a very kind hearted young man.
Have you taking the Myers Briggs personity test.
Or at the Dave Ramsey show. Ken Coleman (just left Dave Ramsey)
has a career assessment.
You worked so hard. These should help you better with what works best for your career based on your personality.
In terms of makeup… most women don’t care… they are okay to suffer to look good.
If you can just focus on making a business… lol it’s easy money to make money off of women.
But you already know… I don’t have the heart either.
Nah I tend to not do man made tests but thanks for the compliment 😁
And yea I've chosen skincare instead, it actually has much better ingredients and focuses entirely on keeping skin healthy and its not gender based, so that's better for business too lol
To look their best. To look feminine and as unmasculine as possible.
This makes them feel better about themselves.
They want to look as good as other women and attractive to men.
To look more prettier..
But apart from the need i think it is somehow incepted in our minds that we can't go out without makeup... our society has pushed it so much almost through everything that any of us would feel weird not bothering with makeup.
It helps a lot as well though like covering the little skin problems
Thanks for the mho honey
As beautiful, creative beings with an innate love for art, beauty, and all things lovely.. we find in makeup another way to express ourselves and our creativity. I love light makeup tho and I don’t wear much makeup, just mascara and lipstick…

While it should be to attract a mate, and at core it is, it makes women feel better if they are more beautiful.
But we have to ask why it makes them feel better to be more beautiful and that has to be the more attractive women get better men. At heart it is a strong evolutionary drive to get the best man and it give them status and power amongst other women.
They even speak in hushed tones of Margot Robbie. Funny.
They want to look like the models in the magazine… most often it’s a phase… but many can’t get out of that phase. It’s like an addiction, they can’t get out of the house unless they put on that “mask”
I never like makeup (I did try and used on my wedding or special occasions) but feels like something is stuck on my face. I don’t like makeup.
For me I wear it to hide my bad skin. All I wear is foundation. I don’t bother with eye shadow, liner, mascara. Etc.
I stupidly have spot scars and sun damage on my face. If I could go back in time I would take better care of my skin.
Some foundation is just divine, it really is 🤍 especially with the right tone or matching skin
Yes, it’s hard work getting the right foundation in the right tone and especially finding one that doesn’t dry out the skin
Or trying not to rub or powder a boyfriends face with it lol 😆 those poor couples out there 💋
Been there 😬 but it’s rubbed off on his lips after we’ve kissed. Setting spray helps so that doesn’t happen anymore.
Good to know ☺️
@AviatorTom That stumps me! My dance instructor is the prettiest woman on the planet, and she wears a lot of make up for a competition dance? Even body make-up and she has a body that most/every other woman would KILL FOR 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄
Goddamn : some women really should make men and even the women think of other women, "there really is a god" lol goddamn 👀👀👀👀👀
all of their many reasons, are real to them...
and it's been done by centuries, so... there's no "hidden secret reasons" that out of nowhere... some G@G post will discover anew... lol
To look better than other women.
With full makeup when I look like a plastic doll men look but don't react, they just stare. It's probably similar like with body builder, girls look at them but think WTF.
Partly to hide their imperfections, some women have more than others. Partly to attract men, partly to keep up appearances.
And those percentages of how much of each will vary from woman to woman. Some women are so insecure that they NEED to have every guys eye on her. Those women really color outside the lines😆 Any guy with any experience can deduce a lot about a woman just by the way she wears her makeup. It a very good and consistent tell.
Self-expression & creativity is the most obvious reason.
It's hard to believe this is even a question here.
To adhere to some "individual ideal look". Problem is that, when each person finds that "ideal" look, many people are going to look more and more alike. So much for individuality!
I have no idea, I prefer natural beauty.
In fact, during the history, men started wearing makeup before women did (Egyptian pharaohs) - they wanted to look like "sons of gods".
The goal is not to be attractive. The goal is to be able to tell yourself you 'make an effort' in order to avoid the work of being a beautiful person, broadly defined.
Very few men find heavily made up women attractive.
To look pretty to attract men.
So of course I voted to look pretty ; because they want a man.
Duh 🙃😈 everyone wants someone, eventually
I do love a lady who knows how to wear minimal makeup and just the right eyeliner or mascara 👀😎 I mean goddamn there is a God, whenever that's flawless 👁️👁️
Anyways 🙃 flip emoji mmm 😋
@purplepoppy Hair always on point 🆗 👌🏻
They are born into a world that teaches them to use makeup. The underlying competition between themselves and other females is prevalent. Originally taught by the watchers how to attain and use makeup its continued for thousands of years.
It’s fun and a confidence boost
All men care about is boobs and butt not faces. Their wasting their time. Tight jeans and the gym and a tube top or nothing else.
Thankfully man, there's always plunging tops, tight shirts or even just a gifted woman who's flaunting the right pants 👖 and the right shirt that day 👀
Women wear makeup to enhance their appearance and in doing so to attract men and other women.
When they're God's gift to men, they can achieve anything. lol
to attract men.
By looking pretty 😈ofc
Do you find makeup attractive?
To enhance there beauty
As fricking fine as a low cut top or a really good bra that day 😋 to match
So true
To attract lads.
To make themself look prettier.
