Ladies, what’s your craziest story about women’s intuition?

one time, walking one of my best friends back to her place, after school...

I usually am VERY aware of my surroundings, people, and "possibilities" when just walking outside and/or going around because that's just what one should do around here... lol

but that one time, she said "something didn't feel right" that night, and for me to pay a bit more attention, lmao, which... sure, I did... when walking with me, she would be way more relaxed and not as hyper-aware as most girls might be when walking alone, I guess

and then, right before we walked through an alley, she said "wait..." and she goes ahead without me, very cautiously checking in there first, and peeking and so I was like wtf? what am I waiting for, should be me checking that out and as soon as I got ahead her, there was already someone down there, in the dark... approaching, but they stopped as I stood up right there

how the hell did they guessed/sensed any of that... no idea, lol

needless to say we took a longer route back to her place, that night and other nights as well

that's still funny to me

I'm obviously a guy, but I always observe some funny female intuition changes when Americans are visiting. They carry that general American fear about everything, until they realize that the country is safe and you can walk around everywhere without getting shot.
