Feeling angry at ex girlfriend?

I am angry at my ex girlfriend because she was dishonest with me,I would NEVER want to be with her again but I am so angry at her and I want to either call her or send her an email to tell her how I truly feel about her after all this and I really want to say the worst things that comes to my mind,I just f***ing HATE HER,I want to move on but I feel that I need to let this anger out on her.Advice

Sometimes I feel like I just want to forget about it completely but on some days it's really hard not to express this anger,...anyway thank you everyone,I really liked each one of your advices.

I know how it feels. My ex was an immature jerk who cheated on me with several girls when I was away from the city. Then he kept messaging me after we broke up and talked as if nothing terrible had happened. Wanted to be friends. Finally I told him to dissapear.

However, I think about him a lot, and every time I get angry. I know it's stupid, because I cannot change the past. So I just hurt myself by resisting to forget it completely. I know he's now with one of the sluts he cheated on me with and he tells our mutual friends that she's the best sex partner he had so far. He also chased a few of my girl friends after we broke up. It tears me off. I didn't expect him to be so cruel and dishonest. But I guess it's life. Bad things happen. But it doesn't mean there are no good thingswaiting for you ahead. Good luck. Thank you. I'm sure everything will be fine sooner or later. I guess you breakup is recent? It'll get easier with time when you will feel she's not a part of your life anymore.

Yes, break up happened over a month ago,first few weeks it was tough but last few days I feel great and I agree no contact is actually reason why it was so much easier to move on and forget about bad things that happened,and about best answer,you're welcome,I really liked your answer :)

Oh, I broke up 5 months ago. But he kept in touch, so it prevented me from healing. It'sbeen one month since I cut off all contacts with him. I wonder why I didn't do it earlier. I felt better immediately, though anger attacks still happen :D

Good decision,I've read a lot about no contact and it says that it is the best to cut off all communications with your ex asap if you want to move on faster but sometimes it's hard to let go because you still have strong feelings,I guess in our case it was feelings of anger and betrayal.i am happy to hear that you are feeling better :),anger will go away trust me... You really need to let the anger out but not on her. You may hate her now, but you used to love her (or at least really like her) before. Your anger will pass and eventually you won't feel this way and you might regret letting your anger out on her. She was dishonest with you, but letting all your anger out on her will just sink you down to her very low level.

So I suggest, do write that email, but DON'T SEND IT! Better, write it up in Word, write EVERYTHING you wanna say. Then print it and read over it. Then , rip it into shreds and throw out all of your anger. It will help! Believe me!

Give her the silent treatment, it would work.Also cut off all contact with her. It would help as well. Finally, get a date you're attracted to, even if you don't want a relationship with, make out with ehr or whatever and that would help as well, itsts like a mentality of "this is what that bitch is missing on." I know its probably mean since youd be using that girl but oh well I did this once with a guy.

anger is a waste of energy and not healthy. If you never want to be with her again... done. move on. being angry is not going to get you in the arms of a new girl. take your anger out in the weight room at the gym. chill out. find a new girl. bro, the best way to get over a girl is to get on top of another one.

I know that feeling, although I think my anger goes beyond that. anyways, better to just not think about it, and preoccupy your time with something you enjoy. It's worked for me.

Stop being a p****, sh*t happens. Walk away and forget her, you want to get back at her. Meet someone else, and be happy with that person. What you want is just going to make drama, and if she is a real bitch she could say you are stalking and threatening her and that can lead to a lot of other problems.

Advice: just let it go, if you want to take it out talk to a good friend or an adult but do not take it on her that's wrong and you know she will probably come and fire back at you for taking it out on her and being an a**hole

I say do it if you haven't already. Don't attack her but tell her how bad she hurt you. Calling her names won't give you any respect.
