Maybe she doesn't want you to know who she's dating, what she's doing, what she's smoking, how often she's drinking, where she's working or what she thinks of your favourite politicians. My friend's son has a 99% average in University and he blocked his mother on Facebook. If it was me - I'd probably be deeply hurt but she doesn't seem to care. She believes this is natural and is simply a man trying to exert his independence.
Have you talked to her about this? Be sure to talk to her about this before you ask strangers. We really know absolutely nothing and anything we say could be wrong.

Ask her why she blocked you, since you don't have any idea why she might have done it it's best to ask her. No need for you to go around and think that much about it. :)
My sister blocked my dad on fb because he posted jokes every 5th minute and posted silly pictures if her haha. So maybe it's just because of a silly reason or maybe it was a mistake.
seems like she doesn't want you to know with whom she is..she might not feel at ease for you to know
if my siblings had Facebook, i wouldn't want them to add me..
