A big problem with most girls is they don’t do enough resistance training. I’m talking free weight heavy training.
Girls who lift weights always look better than girls who just do cardio and yoga. Now combining everything is great.
My girlfriend just got cleared to lift weights again (she has minor epilepsy). She does yoga but I’m going to encourage (gently) to hit the gym with me more often.
I have light epilepsy lmao, and I can work out. I think she's lying to you. And my epilepsy is caused by stress XD, If anythings stressful its working out, yet Im fine.

If she's overweight, she needs to ease herself into things. I started with cardio as thats what targets weight, then made sure I toned up with more muscle based work outs so I didn't get excess skin.

in my opinion, this insults male intellect. we do understand the concept of "makeup that makes it seem as though you're not wearing makeup" but we know those tricks. we're not that oblivious. when we say we want "women without makeup" we say we don't like those tricks. we do know that 90% of women will still use them and that we will often not be able to spot it right away.

I hate all makeup unless it is to hide an injury or deformity, then, out of pity, I tolerate it. And I, for one, do know the difference.
