Men Don't Work Together Anymore And It Needs To Stop

So I've been wanting to talk about this topic for awhile now but I've been very busy trying to finish up my first semester of college and pay off my first car (which I'll own, I'm so excited). Anyways let's get started

1) Men don't work together anymore

Title says it all but I've seen too many examples for this to be true. You know who used to bully me in school? OTHER MEN! You know who cock-blocked me in high school OTHER MEN! You know who doesn't help me at work when I really could use the help? OTHER MEN

Every man for himself!

Men have started acting like wild animals, only thinking about preservation of self. God forbid another man see you trying to talk to a woman, he'll immediately try to jump in and stop you because he doesn't have the balls to talk to her himself or he's just an ass who can't help a brother out (my managers at work who stop me from talking to girls).

Just today at work I was backed up trying to manage my section and this guy right behind me refused to help out and he wasn't even busy, guess what? HE HAD HIS girlfriend DOING HIS WORK FOR HIM! And guess who finally came and helped me? That girl I told you all that another woman said liked me 😑. It gets worse...she was injured and wasn't supposed to be working, but she came to help me (and honestly that boosted my attraction to her 😏)

God forbid this was the army. I guess if I got shot they would just run past me and leave me behind so they could go fuck my wife at home. Women know how to work together and support each other but men don't? We used to be so close and now we act like little bitches arguing with each other like the real housewives.

2) This is why I don't trust anybody

It's bad enough that everyone is a selfish asshole but this just hit me very hard and I honestly can't take it anymore

It's sad that I can count on my hand how many true bros I have in my life.

Men used to be able to work together but now we just stab each other in the back. Some of us bitch about how lonely and sad we are but honestly it's our fault. We talk about wanting love from a woman so bad but brotherly love would work just as well but I hardly ever meet a man that I can trust.

In high school I told a guy I thought was a friend that I liked a girl and you know what he did? He started talking to her in front of my face and "went to her house" and told me all about it through text because I started avoiding him 😔.

I'll probably never trust another man like that because of him but I hope this post changes some hearts

I don't know what it is, whether it's society bitching about what is and isn't, "masculine" or how scared men are of all this feminist bullshit but we need to come together. No more mgtow or black pill or any of that shit. Instead of complaining about the relationship women aren't giving us, we need to complain about the relationships we lack with each other. I sure hope that after reading this you push yourself to be a better bro to any man you know.

P.s. I do have male friends, especially on gag and this wasn't meant to offend any of you. This is just about male relationships in general and I just wanted to bring up some thoughts.

I agree that male friendships ain't as important to men as they should be.. Even I am guilty of it in a way.. Although, honestly I get kina nervous wit male friends.. I don't feel like I can be truly myself sometimes.. But I know that's not true... I think the only reason women seem to be workin together more, is because society makes it seem as though women stick together.. But that's not true.. Women are just as 2 faced as ever.. I still men work together better, but just that we are becomin more catty, and 2 faced..

I know men that help other men and are good men towards other men. I find this more true than untrue. However, there is a twenty year age gap between the men I associate with and the men you guys associate with... So who knows...

@lizziepooh03 true. I'm not sure if I've ever shared this but I always get along with older people more than people my age. Older people recognize my work ethic and hospitality whereas people my age just blow me off because I'm not cool or interesting. It sucks big time

That's not really true though, affection from women is naturally much more meaningful. I suspect it's the challenge of finding that love nowadays that makes guys more competitive in this regard. Guys starved for attention probably feel like they've been treated like shit and don't have the trust and interest in relationships with other guys when they've been denied basic human intimacy, so they're either scraping for it or a clinging to it tightly.

Well that would be dandy, and women say things like this all the time, but there's a reason things are this way and it's because that's not what they're focused on. You can casually say that they should just not focus on women, but that's what they care about -- and through some cruel twist of reality a guy generally needs to have everything else going his way before he can get the thing he craves most; affection from women.

So this thing that they find most satisfying, invigorating and motivating is always at the limits of their reach and bonding with other men is the path of most resistance; it's the long and hard way around to fulfillment -- if it can even be assured, which it can't.

So I'm sorry, but I've only got so much energy and willpower to invest in my affairs and it needs to be spent investing in my relationships with the females in my life to foster a proper relationship with them. I see the same in other guys. I've tried to make friends with lots of people where possible, mostly women, but sometimes I find something in common with a guy, but neither of us seem to be interested in investing energy in being good friends. I find myself making friends with women much easier and honestly that probably closely related to me putting in much more effort and finding it more satisfying when in the company of attractive girls.

When last I was in a relationship I remember feelings freed from this pressure, like I could pursue friendships with guys and girls without caring about where it was going to go. Without a relationship I simply have to interest and thus it's not satisfying to invest in men, rather it's the opposite; it's a chore, it's swimming upriver instead of down, it costs energy rather than energizes me. I just don't have the stomach for it and you're not going to be able to simply reason away this feeling in men in this situation.

Life has always been this way. Guess what back in the old days people killed other people for land, races, etc. What's the difference. I agree men should look out for other men nowadays. But it's still a dog eat dog world. Best you can do is contribute to change. Be the guy that helps others in reasonable means. Teach your kids. That's true of everyone, not just men. We all treat eachother as disposable now. Politics rule our lives and people worship their political views more than they do their own family. Entire families are split up over political differences. If even family isn't think enough, friendship doesn't stand a chance.

And you think GUYS are competitive? You haven't been part of the woman's world, especially when it comes to men and dating. OMG.
Guys will work together in a collaborative environment, or if they have a common interest. Otherwise they are very competitive and will edge you out if they can.

Most men I see are too manly. I hit puberty with gynecomastia ie boobs not fat actual milk glands so I had more estrogen then normal. I look at men and think thank god I didn’t turn out like that. Male friendships aren't as important anymore. Sad. A lot of guys find it more important to have female friends than male ones. Some guys even think it's wrong to have guy friends. A female friend nowadays can do more for a guy than a male friend.

Not sure what this is referring to honestly. Men work together pretty well where I'm from. I don't need a blood brother or a soul mate. As long as we have a common goal, I get along fine with other guys.
