Would it be weird to leave a note on a girls car to ask her out? She knows who I am I mailed her a note previously... What do you girls think?

I haven't seen her to speak to since the note but have seen her and she smiles/waves at me still.
I wondered whether it would be creepy for me to leave this note on her car windshield:

Please excuse me leaving a note on your car like this. It was lovely to talk to you the other week. I have since been wondering whether you would possibly like to go for a coffee sometime? I would love to get to know you. If you would be interested please call me on (My number here).

I wouldn't call it creepy exactly, but mostly it seems unnecessary.
Plus, you keep distancing yourself by only communicating to her in written messages, which she doesn't seem to be responding to.

Try to catch her in person to ask her, if you can, or else give her a call if you still have her number. It would probably be a much more efficient way of getting a response out of her and making some progress.

Everyone get shy in a situation such as yours but people push themselves to do it. If you are UNABLE to tell her, you can try passing the note to her instead. She may find it cute ir she may be put off, but nothing beats confidence. Women love confidence just hope she's understanding.

I think my shyness stems from fear of rejection/thinking I am nowhere near good enough for her. If she agreed to a date that would take that fear/apprehension away somewhat
