Guys, Why does this guy look at me sad?

So there's this guy that i USED to like and he has a twin brother. His twin brother and i have never talked but once like a year ago. A few months ago i started to just randomly notice, everytime we saw each other in the halls at school, he looked at me sad and depressed looking. Like he'd just look ag me and when i looked back he'd look down and away looking really upset. When i walk past him he'll just clench his jaw and look down and away from me.
I've never did anything to make him upset at me though.
Another time i was standing in the hallway talking to friends and it happened to be outside his classroom that he was in (this is in class change). And in the corner of my eye, when my friend yelled my name, his head shot up and stared at me. And when i looked back, he looked like a sad puppy that i just kicked, legit. And we made eye contact when i looked back 3 more times.
in attempt that i was gonna talk to him, i added him on Snapchat but he wouldn't add me back... I know that doesn't mean much but still.

So im confused on why he's all sad everytime i come around. When he's in a GROUP of friends he looks normal but glances at me a couple times. And just to note, he does NOT have a naturally looking sad face either.

So whats your opinion on why he's like this around me? And what should i do? Because i have no idea. Thanks!

He has a really bad crush on you, but he hates himself cause he can never find the guts to go talk to you. When your name was called his reaction was to immediately scan the place to find you cause he didn't want to miss the chance of seeing you. He felt embarrassed when you looked at him so he looked away. He looks normal when he is with friends because he doesn't want his friends to know he has a crush on you because they would either mock him or ruin everything by trying something and embarrassing him. There you go.

Nope just at the fireworks he saw me, was on the side of his froup of friends (walking on the side closest to me) and he lagged behind starring at me with such a upset expression while his friends were talking and laughing, walking towards my direction to pass:(

He was woth his friends the whole time. I have tried adding him like twice on snpchat about 2 months ago but he wouldn't add me back. didn't block me or amything, just kinda left it there and just didn't add back...😂

Plus people knew i liked his brother so talking to him would look kinda bad like i (well my friend like 3 times did wothout any permission bc she's a moron) asked out one and now talking to the other may look kinda bad...😰

The way I see it, you don't have to ask permission to anybody. You liked his brother and you don't anymore. Why would you refrain from being with someone just because people would think it looks bad? My opinion anyway. I don't like to let people decide what I should and should not do.

Yeah i totally understand what you're saying and agree 100%. People just cause so much trouble these days its ridiculous. I just don't want people to get the idea im trying to hurt the one i used to like because he rejected me or call me names for like switching twins ya know? (Theyre twins by the way lmao) but yeah i completely agree with you.
