Why would a guy look at me sad?

I saw my crush staring at me sad like he was in pain when he saw me walking with a guy friend. Truth be told a lot of people think I’m dating or talking to this guy when we’re just friends. I don’t have a lot of friends especially girls friends so I would hang out with him. It was platonic at least from my end. However I saw my crush staring at us especially me as I was saying goodbye really sad. He looked like he was hurting and wanted to cry. He wanted me to notice but why? He looked really sad but I wonder why he wanted me to know?

He was wishing that he was that guy friend I would imagine. Just make sure your crush knows that he simply just friend, and as far as you are concerned, your just friends. He was probably just a bit jealous. Even if your crush, knows he is just a friend, reassurance is probably what he wants. He also like I said earlier, wishes that he was your friend you were leaving with, as he wants to spend time with you.

Some dudes where there heart on their sleeve. he's obviously in mad love with you but he can tell your not and he thinks its the worst thing he's ever gna feel. Sometimes guy just jump stupid and believe that if you see their love on display it will win you over.

Aww I am in love with him I do feel the exact way for him. I only hung out with the other guy cause I had no one else I’m a bit of a loner I don’t have a lot of friends so to not seem friendless I hung out with him but I understand what you mean.

And no, he didn't "want" you to know. He just didn't care. When people are sad, sometimes they don't worry about what others will think of them. They just allow themselves to feel.
