My boss has a girlfriend & I know he flirts with me but I just play it cool but the last 2 weeks he has totally ignored me! Why is he doing this?

Even when I go into his office to ask him something about work he says:" I think it's best you ask someone else don't you think? Well I mean I'm not the best teacher after all! Or Sorry you will have to wait I'm busy!" & he sounds angry or a bit annoyed at me & I have no idea what I have done wrong?

You haven't done anything wrong. Perhaps he has realized the error in his ways and is trying to get back to a working relationship without the flirts. I would talk to him and tell him that you need to be able to work together and that his pushing you away about work related matters is not working and if it continues you will have to talk to a higher up about it :-)
