My boyfriend thinks my belly is cute?

so today i was at my boyfriend's house in his room just chilling. and i was sitting on his lap while he was on his phone doing whatever. and out of nowhere he put his hand on my belly while he was still looking at his phone. and i was getting nervous because i had gained like 20 pounds over the past 4 or 5 weeks and my belly was a little bigger. anyways he put his hand under my shirt and started rubbing my belly and smiling. like he was blushing. and i was getting so nervous because he's never felt my belly like that before like he barely even touches it. and then out of nowhere he kissed my cheek and started talking about how much he loved me. and i was so lost.

soon after that we just played xbox and just did much of nothing. then i was walking down his stairs about to leave to go home and he pushed me against the wall and kissed me while his hand was on my belly rubbing it. it was weird like he just looked at it and smiled as he rubbed it. and he doesn't wanna get me pregnant because he's 15 and im 15 and he thinks kids are annoying. he just keeps acting weird about my belly... why?
