By bad boy I mean: cool, popular, super concerned by his career and/or social life, commitment issues, mixed signals, very successful in life and with girls...

Do you think that (to commit) they are more into "good girls": (sensitive-devoted)
Or
"Bad girls" (independent-strong)

Then,

Are they more into bimbos or girls next door?

Suggestions of other combinations?

I know my question is full of stereotypes but you get it... it is just to define the main outlines.

First, most Bad Boys aren't really that into relationships - that's part of what makes them Bad Boys. And the ones who are will almost certainly not be sexually faithful, because, again, that's one of the things that makes them a Bad Boy.

To the degree that Bad Boys will want to be in a relationship with a girl, it doesn't really matter what kind of girl she WAS - he's going to make her into what he wants regardless. So Bad Boys aren't that particular about the personality of the girl. He'll want someone who he finds attractive, and everything else he'll manage with the strength of his will and the fact that she'll usually be more into him than he is into her, so he'll threaten to leave her if she doesn't behave the way he wants her to - and she'll obey, because she's afraid to lose him.

It's a hard question to answer because a guy being a "bad boy" doesn't really have a lot to do with the kind of girls he likes. I know guys who might qualify, and yet they like very different kinds of girls. Some may look like jerks but at the same time they feel protective, others may actually be jerks and only like girls who will give them sex.

They're into girls who don't feel the need to throw potential competition under the bus by calling them 'bimbos' and similar derogatory terms. You're way better off by simply putting more energy into showing why they should choose you versus making an effort to discredit others for the attention they do manage to get.
