If a guy address you as "pretty girl" does that mean he thinks you're pretty?

if a guy always says things like "hey pretty girl, what's up?" when he sees in you in the hall, does that mean he thinks you're pretty or is he just giving you a silly nickname? I ask because a guy I just met 2 days ago started greeting me like that but I don't think I'm pretty so I don't know why he'd call me that.

Okay, if he calls you "pretty girl," I am pretty sure he doesn't think you are ugly. It could be a cute nickname, but he also does think you are a pretty girl. If he didn't think you were pretty, he would probably have another name for you. So yes, he thinks you are pretty.
