generaaly guys don't do so... but if they do... that means he has masturbated now and does'nt want his sperm to come out in the bed... he will go to bathroom and wash it.
But if he hasn't masturbated but still holds his junk... this means he has a boner. But if a guy always holds his junk while sleeping this means he has a boner every night and the reason behind that boner is someone whom he meets everyday or someone nearby
