My enemy force kissed me?

This guy doesn't like me (well I thought he didn't). He told me the wrong answer in class on purpose, and he tries to get me alone a lot. He sits next to me in class. One day after class I was sitting in class, he got close to me and force kissed me. Why did he do this? Does he like me or hate me?
