I wouldn't know... I don't think so because it sounds crazy and hard to believe... but many things in this world I have come across really are hard to believe and true... I don't know if this is the truth but I took no time to look it up... I only know I have never ever heard of this before and hope it isn't true. To be honest people can act differently from eating or drinking something unless you include being drunk... people just are.. if someone wants to be more feminine or feminine at all then its all up to the person so feel better about that one.
I don't think so as much as soy lacking leucine in its AA profile. It's not a good source of protein if you're looking to preserve and grow muscle.
But in Japan I'm seeing a brand new generation of 6-foot tall teenagers with much more muscle mass than usual, and they're still consuming a lot of soy (miso soup, edomame, tofu, etc). The difference is that now on top of that, they're probably also consuming a whole lot more dairy, meat, that sort of thing, as well as processed foods (not as much home cooking these days).
And of course there's lots of conflicting research on this subject, more so perhaps because you find vegan groups whose agenda might surpass their objectivity, but whenever I find someone lacking something... muscle mass, testosterone, height, something of this sort -- if nutrition has anything to do with it, I tend to find more insight looking into what might be missing from their diet than what they're including.
From what I read and heard it doesn't make you lose testosterone it just makes your man boobs bigger - but that is only if you drink a very high amount.
Corea is a big consumer of soy products. If you look at the guys, they don't look masculine but they have very smooth skin.
Soy is good if it's fermented. Don't eat soy if it's not fermented.
I heard soy was not healthy at all but others than that I heard nothing.

Fermentation kills the phyto-estrogens in it (miso and doenjang), which was developed millenia ago to make it suitable for consumption.
They wouldn't even feed it to livestock because it caused defects and decreased fertility.
Sounds nonsensical to me but i'd probably make fun of a guy drinking soy still though.
Ok look, even if this is true, I'm allergic to milk so wtf do people want? XD
i've read that soy can effect testosterone levels.
Yes...
Nope
