Why would you stare at a girl with an angry facial expression?

I had to go to the guitar shop earlier and i had to walk past tjis guy's workplace in order to get there (its in town). When i walked past, i could see out of the corner of my eye that he gave me an angry look. He does this a lot! Either he looks angry or just gives me a blank facial expression. If he doesn't like me, why does he stare? (I catch him checking me out)

There are two reasons for looking angry.
1. She has pissed me off about something but there is no attraction or
2. She has done something to make me feel like she does not like me so I am upset. She probably does not think that she has done anything wrong but to me because I like her I want her to like me too. This has everything to do with attraction.

Some guys make angry faces without even knowing so
i wouldn't take it to heart. He could do it cause he likes you
and doesn't know how to react , maybe he sees you talking
to another guy and he is possessive and don't like what he sees
don't let it bring you down.
