My boyfriend doesn’t want to see me in his Bday? wtf?

So me and my boyfriend he has his bday soon and i have it week later. He was out with his family and all having quality time before his bday. And on his bday he is just at home drinking w his friends. He said we could see when my bday is because we could go out and eat and celebrate my bday. I was hurt because before he said he wanted to see me in his bday now his mind changed. I asked why don’t u wanna see me on your bday also? He said that he doesn’t wanna invite around his guy friends cuz it would be only one girl and thats me. I still felt it was bit fucked up because he saw his family but not me? And he said we would next week be together cuz we could then go out. I think that he doesn’t have a lot of money this week maybe thats why he wants to see me next week cuz he’ll get his money then. But still i felt hurt i understand he doesn’t want me to be around his guy friends because maybe he feels jelous but like not seeing me in his bday even if he doesn’t celebrate it its fucked up for me makes me think he doesn’t see me as a special person. Thats why i broke up w him and said in not gonna see him next week on my bday. What do u guys think?

He was like umm u can come downstare outside because my guy friend will come by and there's only guys. I was like so why can’t i come there even if im the only girl. He was like hessitant and said im not sure about my plans i just dont know still. I think ill be at home w them. So thats why i got hurt. He was like we can go outside to eat on your bday and stuff. After that i wrote him me venting about hiw fucked up and hurtfull that was and told him im breaking up w him and blocked him on whatsap
