This is a coworker and the most recent time we worked beside each other, he bumped into one of my breasts with his elbow.

The time before that, he bumped my butt with his hand while we were standing up working next to each other.

He apologized both times but this seems like a really big coincidence to me.

Do you think he's doing this on purpose? And if it's not on purpose, could this be a subconscious thing that a guy would do to a girl he's interested in?

If it happened only once and he apologized sincerely, it could be an accident. Well, I'm so sorry I have to say he doesn't seem to respect you. I know my case can't compare to yours, but I have a man in the volunteer group who acted similar to that man. I'd observed other behaviors of him, and he didn't seem to be friendly to me as other people who interacted with me normally, talking like friends

It could be that is was an honest mistake is he's a person who doesn't pay attention well, is super hyper, or is a total klutz all the time. If he doesn't have a habbit ofthose traits with others then he is most likely doing it on purpose and is being a workplace perv. I'd either confront him on it to make a conscious effort to NEVER do something like that again, or talk to hr about this. If you two aren't in a flirting match or something with where you want this and have been very clear about your desire than it can be considered sexual harassment if it continues. P. S. it also depend on your workplace and wht you do because most jobs don't require you to be THAT close to a coworker. But I work in healthcare and sometimes bodies go past our personal bubbles when necessary.
