He says he likes me but flirts with other girls, what should I do?

I have a crush on this guy whom I'm not dating yet. We work in the same place, same department. We flirt but I learned that he flirts with a bunch of other girls there. He says he likes me but still flirts with other girls. One time he did it right in front of my face. We were hanging out with each other and he told me he had to to go do a task with one of the guys there. But he wasn't with him, he was flirting with this new girl who worked there. I didn't care or say anything cause again we aren't dating. So I decided to go get to know some of the other guys and he caught an attitude cause I was flirting with them. And he continues to be like this even when im just being friendly to the guys.

I know we aren't dating but what should I do?

First, you are right, since you aren’t dating you are each free to flirt with whomever you want. It seems you both like each other and are trying to make the other jealous. You could continue doing this and if you do, you’re going to have to step up your game and make yourself stand out. This would mean more aggressive flirting- playful shoves, clothes that could draw his attention and some perfume. You then would have to steel yourself and not let yourself be affected by his flirting with other girls. The other option is to communicate with him and ask him out.
