Guys, is he just physically attracted to me or actually likes likes me?

I have a neighbour who I think is attracted to me, and he'd seem to come out of his flat into the common areas when he knows I'm outside shirtless.

He comes home from work, sees me working on my laptop in the common area, would head into his room and come out 10 mins later shirtless to throw a small piece of rubbish in the main bin / get water knowing I'm the only 1 outside. It's happened a few times now.

He'd also softly touch my arm when we're talking to make a point and adopts a very gentle/soft tone when around me. I once bumped into him outside our residence - I swear he acknowledged me and then stared/ eye-fucked me for a bit.

Very considerate around me - when he see me working outside, he'd whisper hey how are you and based on my response / level of focusedness, he'd then attempt a conversation. When he has friends over, he's get them to be quiet around me even though it's past working hours and we're in the common area.

We had a short convo the other day last week and he had this uncontrollable smile after teasing me - I felt like the cutest/most precious thing he's ever seen. In the same week, I bumped into him outside our residence - I swear he acknowledged me and then stared/ eye-fucked me for a bit.

Well, if 99% of what he knows about you is physical then do the math.

That said, guys always start with some level of physical attraction. Even if a guy is really into her character, every guy has some physical requirements as a starting point. If you want him to like more about you it's in your interest to show/share more than your looks.

I think precaution is bcs he doesn't know if you interested in him at all since you don't communicate. I don't think he tries to make his mind he seems into you just you are giving close to no response regarding his attempts to get to know you better.

Heya quick update on this - I had my birthday last week and he kinda invited himself over for drinks when another friend mentioned she was looking forward to mine. He was like 'oh i don't know if i can make it i have a birthday (though i didn't invite him). I took the cue and was like we're gonna be in this area. He then said you have my number right? text me.

I texted him the evening of and said i was gonna be in the area with friends he should join if he's around - it's a large area i didn't explicitly say where as minds weren't made up yet. He left me a voice note asking me where I was and that he was at a specific bar and I should "just come cover" - they have a birthday celebration as well.

Would he ask me to join and meet his friends if he was not interested? Could he just be friendly? And also, what's up with the voice note? it was loud where we were at - made more sense to text but could it be seen as a flirty gesture?
