Any is fine by me.
The one I do not like, when she does not work and expects me to do half of housework too after full time job.

We're never really ready for any of it. After two kids and six grandkids, I almost feel confident by this point- almost.

I feel like modern women want men to act like gentlemen but at the same time they refuse to act like ladies or do anything feminine. So as for "traditional" gender roles, I say they're extinct in the west.
I think traditions have been lost in todays world. Life has become so costly and everyone wants their own independence. It would be nice if life was simpler.
I wouldn't want anyone to stay at home unless they've got a specific reason for being there all the time.
I'm not really sure, I'm happy to help her with washing and cooking and stuff like that, but I feel a woman keeps me in routine more and I am much more likely to willingly help then to be the one who starts these sorts of jobs around home, I like building and landscaping instead, and I like it when she helps
Oh stay home wife vs job, well it depends on the situation, if she is there raising our childern it would be nice if she stays home, I don't mind staying home if she earns more for a easier job. If no kids or major mental problems there is no way she's staying home all the time, she is going to work or volunteering or its not going to work and she can leave.

It's hard to afford traditional gender roles these days. But it worked for thousands of years. I see it in a point of view as working together as a team.
I work and go to uni five days a week and don't need personal for cleaning and cooking. If I was in a relation it wouldn't change my behavior.
By themselves the traditional roles are fine. If someone want to live by these roles good for them. The key here is the freedom to choose to live by the way that would make you happy. I see the appeal and the cons in both cases.

Humans have evolved so men and women have different roles. That is why women are multitasks as required for gathering and examining food, cooking, feeding and watching babies; while men are more single tasks as required for hunting.
I don't really care for "traditional" roles. I would hope that if I am ever lucky enough to have a wife, that she would do whatever makes her happy. If I ever have kids, I'd be more than happy to be a stay at home dad.

It's not possible for it to efficiently exist under the current economic and political system. People need to have 2 incomes to maintain a home.

I remember when I was at my Grandma's house, and I asked her straight up "Gramma, why are you a republican, and not a Democrat when you care so much about other people"
My grandmother was the mayor of her town for decades. She set her own salary and worked two other jobs to barely scrape by. She probably spent more money caring for every stray cat in town than she ever did on herself. I knew my Gramma was a superhero, I knew she knew 1000 times more about politics than I did. I just didn't understand.
My Gramma barely paid her bills, working three jobs, and she told me she wanted to cancel social security on the spot because the government lied and $170/month would never add up to what she paid in.
I said she wouldn't get by, she said she knew that but it wouldn't make much difference and at least they wouldn't rob me for my entire life.

But 1/5 voted for Trump. He made it not illegal to be too poor to afford health insurance. And he went around pardoning black men that Joe Biden locked up 10 and 20 years ago so they could go home and see their families.
