Why did my ex get contact with me and remove relationship date in his bio? Does it mean he and his girlfriend have standoff?

My ex left me for his current girlfriend a year ago. It was a messy break up. He was overly rude to me. He blocked me everywhere. Also it was so sudden. I thought that we'll never talk again. I started to moving on. After a year I started to feeling much better I even started to talking other guys. Then my ex unblocked me and asked for my number to my friends. He got contacted with me. He said he felt sorry for what he did to me. He said we still could be friends. We started to texting again but then I realized he only wants sex. He admit it after. He said he has a irristible lust for me. He missed the sex we had. He asked me nudes and have sex but I refused. He also said he missed my friendship. I asked him if he is still dating his girlfriend or not, he said he is still dating with her and he loves her over me but he still has something for me too. I got mad because he tried to cheat on his girlfriend with me. I thought that they broke up. I stopped to talking with him. Today I stalked his Instagram I noticed that he remove his relationship date in his bio. The date had been in his bio for months. Why he did remove it suddenly? He has some sadistic side maybe he said he loves new girlfriend just for make me sad. If he loves her why did he try to cheat on her? Why did remove relationship date in his bio? I know that I shouldn't give a shit about them and I will but I'm still a bit confused. What is your opinion?
