Meh, I made friends with the lady who clamped my tits in an acrylic vice grip and she does that too. I don't think it's a big deal; some people just like viewing stories. I mean that could be one reason but there are plenty of other possibilities.

I meant he must be seriously interested, as people in the medical profession do not usually accept patients unless they know or like them. My guess is that he must like you in a serious way if he did that
