Hell yes. Truth of the matter is women control the game. Ultimately they're the ones that are going to determine whether something happens or not 85% of the time. I'm giving men 15% control in this sense cuz only about 15% of us have game good enough to have women at our beck and call.
It's been shown through research that women will know in under a minute upon first visual contact with a man if they're going to sleep with him or not. Which means that if a woman is bothering to talk to you and have an exchange you're already in. And what you need to do is not screw it up. This is much easier said than done as if you guys are anything like me especially when I was younger, screwing it up is what comes normally and naturally.
