Do a lot of guys feed women's egos to get sexy photos and sex from them?

I feel like Guys will either knowingly or unknowingly gas up many women's egos about how beautiful they are because it will get the girl to want to show off her 'beauty' to him even more and even have sex.

I think this works if the woman already thinks she's beautiful so guys are playing on the ego that the woman already has. I don't think this would work well if at all on a woman who doesn't think about how beautiful she is.

Aha yeah I've heard guys call them thirsty and simps. To me I think of how vain a woman has to be.
