I posted a story in instagram with my lady friend drinking wine, then my crush viewed the story and said "invite me"? What does he mean by that?

I just replied sure because I don't know what to say. We barely see each other at work and whenever he sees me he looks excited. He never invited me to hang out with him and barely chats. Does he want to hang out with me? or with my lady friend? or just me and my crush? Is he serious? Is it just a normal hang out or does he likes to date me?
