He comes from an extremely catholic family in which homosexuality is not accepted. “Run away” from the place he grew up to go live in a big city abroad and never went back. Works in fashion, is very delicate, very attentive to his appearance, very elegant and with extreme good taste. Also very tidy. Likes art, fashion, aesthetics. All of his siblings and cousins are already married and with children since years. In his friends group there are plenty of single girls, including me. He flirts with all, with me slightly more than with the others, but never did anything with anyone. He’s also on tinder but is the sort of guy who unmatches people for nothing and I’m not even sure he went on a date with anyone. He says he’ll want children one day.

Sounds to me like a normal dude who's just more picky than others - it's only different If he doesn't act like a dude or there or if you see he actively engages with other guys - On top of that he flirts with girls - and the fashion and arts and stuff like that unless he's wearing extremely féminine clothes it just means he enjoys style and taking care of himself - he just chose fashion as his passion instead of working out for example...

If he ran away from home to the big city. Wouldn't that be the perfect time to come out?

He may jusf be picky and have interests that aren't typically masculine. It kinda bugs me that you feel all these characteristics can only be attributed to a man if he's gay. I get it as to why you think that. But come on. I thought we were being more open minded about gender these days.

Is he showing any interest in guys? There can be guys like that who are totally heterosexual.

If he wants kids, than I doubt he's gay unless he's mentioned adoption.
