Why does a guy ignore me when I look back at him?

There’s this guy that stares in my direction but ignores me after I catch his eye but sometimes he stares at me or I don't know if he’s staring at something else

I'm really not sure if you staring at something else or not. I wouldn't get too excited about him staring, even if you staring at you. Get excited when his balls get big enough to actually talk to you
