My crush is avoiding me after I asked him out to meet outside of work place, did I turned him off?

We are both teachers. He is an senior by 4 years. I thought he liked me because he always initiates conservation & use my name so much then he does with others coworkers.

I like him so I ask him to meet me outside & he said that he is busy after he took an hour to reply. The following days in the work he avoided me by looking distance & keep talking to peoples then he left without ask me why I called him. He avoids meeting my eyes. I feel heart broken. I will never confess to person after him that shit hurts.

Did I turned him off? Did I seemed so creepy? Should I gain his attention because he avoids me now.

Just goes to show you that girls tend to focus on unimportant factors. Using your name more than others? Initiating conversations? Too much reaching over his perceived behavior.

Asking someone out is not creepy... Maybe u just not his type and he shy to tell you... This happens all the time dont worry, even if ur 24 you still have a looong time to find the right one... Good luck
