What do you think about my male co-worker?

One day he says hello to me another day he doesn't say hello all day. If I don't go there to talk to him because I have a lot of work to do he says I definitely don't like him anymore.
One day he criticizes me a lot. Another day he likes my dress and hairstyle.
And he says he wants to sex with me. He often avoids the group of colleagues where I am.
After then he asks me What's wrong? Why don't you talk to me?
What 's your opinion? Is there something wrong with him? I liked him but now I have no idea.
