Guy's Behavior

Guy ghosting me after difficult conversation and then sends ghost emoji?

I was seeing this guy for about a month and everything was going great. He was consistently making a lot of effort to see me and get to know me. He was so positive and encouraging and always a gentleman. He told me a lot about his past and talked about future plans with me. I'm not always the best at talking about my feeling but I always tried to be supportive, encouraging and express how much I liked him and enjoyed spending time with him.

Then one day after an amazing date he started asking me all these weird questions about me like "Do you consider yourself an emotional person?" Long story short he ends up telling me that he has a kid and that he was surprised I didn't ask him about it. I told him I'm used to guys telling me right away but that I don't have an issue with it. Ever since this conversation he's been acting weird and he's text me a little but then ghost me.

He told me, he thought I was mad at him. I told him that ghosting isn't ok and to just talk to me next time. He apologizes and then ghosts me again. Now after 3 days he's text me again but only says "đź‘»" Is this guy's just playing games or does this have to do with the conversation about his kid?
