Should I tell this guys girlfriend he might not be loyal?

I met this guy one day when he came to my work. He was with a couple of friends, we had laugh and he asked for my number so I gave it to him. We texted that night, I later looked him up on facebook he had a girlfriend so I ghosted him. I deleted his number figuring I would never speak to him again. 3 months later he texts me wants to hang out I reply with an “ok” and that was it. Another 3 months later he is calling me at 2am I answer. I didn’t know who it was so he tells me and I hang up. Should I tell his girlfriend that he is calling me at 2 in the morning? I never figured out what his intentions were so I don't know if I should.

Do you know for a fact he has a g/f, or is that up on facebook to stop him getting hit on? I don't know exactly how facebook works though because I've never been on it.

Perhaps give him a chance to explain himself first. As in asking him why he's calling you at 2am if he has a g/f and kid? You always have the option to tell the g/f after hearing what he has to say for himself..
