Just set boundaries and make it clear sex isn't okay. And that you want him to find someone that is gonna not make your family relationships awkward. And that you still love him as family just not as a lover. And if he asks why not well. Just say you aren't comfortable with it. I've had nieces hit on me which was awkward asf. But I often just let them down easy.

If he's still touching you, than you need to say something because otherwise he will think you like it. If he's no longer touching you, then pretend like nothing is happening.
