I used to go to the strip club and I met this girl. I realize you shouldn't "meet" women through strip clubs but hey, the male mind, right? Anyway, one of the girls, who whether I was in the wrong or not about what she or I did, I felt I should apologize for. The situation was pretty simple. I asked for her number, right? She says "well, not here in the club but come by my other place of work (at the time, it was a rest.) and maybe I'll give it to you then, as it's not really approp. in here to. So, like a guy, I went to her other place of work and sure enough she gave it to me. But that's aside the point. When I originally asked her at the club, she also said "do you always ask girls here for their number" and because I was drinking most likely, I stupidly said "no" as I had done so before. Again, strip club, I know, sue me. I realized what I had done and the very next night, I went back to the club, simply to see her and tell her "I lied. I lied when you asked me if I had ever asked for other girls numbers". It's not important because it's just a strip club and it's where fantasies are supposedly lived out and "lies" are supposed to be "OK" but, you know, my conscious was eating at me about it the entire day and I needed to come clean. We don't talk to this day but, every time I would walk in to the club after that, I'd just sort of look at her and think, why did I lie. I know I said that I was drinking but, I should have just told her the truth, so why did I lie?
It may not be appropriate to interact with you because he is coach and you are a player or a subordinate staff member. It wasn't clear or I missed what you do exactly train for you or train others. If it's frowned upon then could act this way so it doesn't appear he is breaking rules or policy. He could just be shy when it comes to members of the opposite sex. He finds something interesting about you it could be your beauty it could also be distinguishing features or ASSets he finds attractive pun intended. It could also be your amazing soccer skills or lack of he is looking at although if he is a coach you would probably get complimented or coaches if that was the reason. Are you annoyed by him or interested in him?

But to answer your question he may very well be into you. But avoiding his feelings, scared you dont feel the same way.

Maybe he thinks your too young for him and is trying to avoid a problematic situation. It is odd that a guy would walk to the other side of the field on purpose.

If he's similar age to you he probably likes you but is too shy to let you know. If he's older he's being creepy
