But lately I’ve been noticing he hasn’t been coming out into the food venue or going back to where the servers who wrap silverware to say hello like he usually does, it he trying to avoid me? I have no clue. Do you like your boss? Are you creeped out? I have no idea. Maybe he gets nervous or maybe he doesn't like you much. I have no clue why he would do this though.

If you aren't into him then I say just don't worry about it. If you do like him maybe approach him and ask if he would like to go for coffee or something. That usually is a good first date

What makes you think your bosses workplace routines are somehow connected to you? Why would he be avoiding you? Honestly there is nothing to 'understand' here.
