He's a guy and he is sexually attracted to you. Why? Because he is a guy and you are a girl.
It's possible for guys to be "just friends" with women, but normally there will be sexual attraction. A million years of evolution made it that way. It's simply part of nature.
He might want friends with benefits. I think it's more likely that he wants a real relationship.
If you truly like him then you better muster up the courage to set some fucking boundaries. There is no way the friendship continues if you let him touch you in a way that makes you uncomfortable. And if it does continue, it will only become more toxic. You are a young woman who deserves some respect and space. Don't treat him like he is an asshole but be assertive.

A lot of the time, a male "friend," if you are female, is after you. The only exception is if he has made it clear he isn't interested early on, either directly, or casually. Some men are too coward to tell a girl they like them up front and hover around like a bee trying for some honey. It is also possible you like him to at some level, but can't admit it, and have been sending him signals unknowingly. Now that his awkward and possibly criminally made intentions are known, you have to make some decisions.
Because that is what we do. We can not help it as woman is pretty. That does not mean that you allow him to proceed. Tell him to back off if you think it necessary !!!
You clearly did something to tip him off that you were interested in elevating the friendship. The only question is did you do it by accident. Or did you do it intentionally and now you're playing all innocent. I'll never understand why your gender gets such a high of teasing guys like that.
