Guy's Behavior

Did my crush like me but lose feelings because they don't think I like them back?

my crush has:

  • stared for longer periods of time
  • offered their hoodie for a dare
  • called me awesome
  • showered me with compliments
  • did a bit of flirting
  • talked about me with friends
  • told me that this thing reminded them of me
  • stared at me dreamily when his friends weren't around
  • stared at me
  • initiated conversations over text
  • did me a dare I asked him to do

He did this for two terms and in the third term. he still initiates conversations mostly but he has started avoiding my eyes and he has started avoiding conversations with me in general.

I have:

  • showered my crush with compliments when my crush compliments me
  • never talked about my crush with friends. instead I talk about other friends who are guys
  • don't really initiate conversation over text
  • never really flirted unless they flirted
  • avoided staring at my crush
  • stared at the ground or even run away if my crush is near. either that or distract myself with my phone
  • done dares and favours for him
  • called him great
  • kinda ignored irl
  • pretended he's not there
  • kinda kept him out of the picture
