Guy I’m seeing called me ugly. What should I do?

So a guy who I’ve been friends with benefits for ten months and I got into an argument. I said some rude things to him and he tells me that I’m ugly and weird which is why he never wants to be seen in public with me.

I doubt I’m Ugly because I always had guys talk to me in public without an issue and get my number but he is the only one who is shady.

He might have said that just in order to find a way to attack you back, but that sounds a bit too specific to say "that's why he doesn't want to be seen in public with you", so maybe there is truth... Plus you said he's always been shady about that.
I think you should stop meeting him. He basically told you clearly that you're nothing more than a private tool, for him, to empty his balls with. Not even a friend. You're not ashamed to be seen around with your friends, no matter how crazy they are, right? I guess so. He is ashamed of you, that means he is kind of disgusted in general but keeps you there just because he can't find better at the moment, and you're a comfortable option.
friends with benefits usually don't work, at all: one of the two gets into the other, who generally doesn't commit to anything more if he didn't before (usually it's the guy), so check if you're in a similar mindset already.
Anyway, regardless, would you be ever able to reward someone who is ashamed of you, with your body ever again? I don't know, I would feel extremely weird about that. Would you keep meeting him in order to feel ugly every time from now on? Meh...
Why not saving time and effort in investing in meeting new guys? To me, all the cases point towards an advantage in closing with him...
I'm sorry he made you feel like that though, it's quite random but try to not get it pull down your confidence, maybe he has just really weird standards and rules for what he considers "okay", while for others your quirks could be damn attractive instead.

That sounds awful. Clearly this guy doesn’t respect you as a person. Even though he said that in anger, there’s some truth to it. Don’t be with someone who is ashamed to be seen with you. Whenever you get the courage, please stop the friends with benefits arrangement with him. I’m sure you’ll find someone who’ll hold you to a certain regard
