So me and my friend, we'll call him window, have been hanging out more and more recently. We would always make plans to do things together like play card games or do karaoke but every time we do just a few hours before we do it he cancels last minute. At first I thought that he might just be busy but its happening more and we never get to do the stuff we plan. What does this mean and what do I do?
