He’s playing with you. But even if he weren’t, not getting hurt, I believe, is much more important than a “maybe”. Tread softly and read the signs. Is his actions matching his words? No. Is he respectful?
The most important questions you should be asking yourself first is “do you want him?”. If you do want him, then ask “does he deserve you?”. There are many factors to consider here such as if he’s single, does he respect you, give you his time, does HE want YOU, etc. Then go from there
I think subconsciously he still wants you , maybe there were reasons why he didn't proceed? But deep down he wants you , and he'd love to be in those pants of yours.
He probably can't decide which bathroom to use either.
