I was dating him, but he was playing mind games and manipulating me. He definitely has narcissist traits.
I work with him, but he has a pattern of giving me the silent treatment for reasons unknown to me. How can I cope with it at work?😕

To live better I would say to cut them off. But you probably already know that.
If you want to cope with him at work, be harsh in protecting your boundary. Have 'this is work', I'll differentiate which is mine and which is yours, impersonal kind of attitude.
He exploits you because you make it personal to understand him. It's not a bad thing to do that. But that is a side that he can exploit to influence you. He put the shared responsibility to you. You must be careful with this person. You don't want to empathize that kind of person. The one who exploits you without putting the effort to empathize back. The one does not deserve respect. The one who only priorities other people's attention to themself.
Seek ally, preferably someone more powerful than him who can understand and do something to support you in handling your issue.
Thank you
In Rome there is a saying, "Nel lavoro e nel palazzo non di devi merter er cazzo" that translated it sounds like "in work and in the building you must not put your penis."
Which means that you don't have to have relationships with those who work with you or live in the same building as you, because they create problems when things go wrong. So get another job and learn your lesson.
Really not worth it...
Narcissists will never change my ex narc uss to give me silent treatment too it's about him control and power... you will have to cut him off as narcs never change
Don’t try to read him at all. Let him play his own game alone. Be professional. That’s a turn off. He’s a distraction. That’s why you don’t mix business with pleasure. No good
You're right. I never get involved with a work colleague again. Learned the hard way

Just walk away.
Life is too short for games, and you deserve to be treated better than that.
He won't change and it will probably get worse.
Ignore him.
If he actually is a narcissist he will struggle with you not paying him any mind
Just meet up with other friends and go have a fantastic time without him XD.
And take selfies and have a fantastic day without him... And then wait for the inevitable and planned out. WHY DIDN"T YOU INVITE ME!!! Response XD. And be like well 1. you are ghosting me so I figured you were toooooooooo busy... And 2ndly I figured since you clearly aren't wanting to talk with me I'd just occupy my empty time. Instead of waiting by the phone for the phone call that of course won't come if you are still ghosting me. And wait for the like yellowstone national park super volcano erruption XD.
Ignore him harder. That’s the only way. Anything else will only validate him with attention.
That's not narcissism, just mind playing.
If someone doesn't reply, I just look for a better talker.
By cutting the person out of your life.
You’re welcome
Just move on you don't have time for the bullshit life is too short
I would just ignore an narcissist. Only talk long enough to give them short little digs.
You have to cut them off & please never sleep with anyone you work with again. 😊
Embrace the sound of silent and stay busy.
Id get a new job.
Do nothing
