Why did my coworker compare me to a prime rib?

He’s literally 70. We get along and today somehow got to talking about his wife going on a celery diet. I think celery is gross and joked “I’d rather me overweight than eat celery”. He said “some men like skinny women, but a lot of men like” then he motioned towards me and says “prime steak.” I fake laughed not knowing how to take it and changed the subject.
