My co worker is a nice man to me, I’ve noticed some stuff about him that he does with me, but I don’t know the difference between friendly and flirty?

So we are not that close, but he complimented my nails and he said that I always looks very pretty. He is always looking at my legs (I don’t have pretty skinny legs) he nods and winks at the same time when I pass by, his voice gets softer when he says hi throughout the day. When we talk he always wants to shake my hand, high five or fist bump and he gave me his number twice so I could send him something but I noticed he gave it to me really fast and never replied (although I was not expecting him too)

He doesn’t make me uncomfortable or nervous. I’m not really into dating, i’ve never dated before so it’s not something that interests me. I do think he’s very handsome and easy to talk to, he actually listens and pays attention when someone talks, he asks questions and he’s funny

He like changes with me. There are days where he is super nice, wants to talk and waves and peace sign me and then the next he acts like I’m transparent.

One can not make another act or fall in love with them. As a guy, if he wants you then he will move. That's the bottom line for us. If a woman acts that way, outside of I'm subtly available then she will get the desperate... might be a hoe reputation.

Well I don’t have nice legs, they’re very pale😂 and well they’re not skinny legs. It makes me wonder why.

As woman yes it is easier to be accused of flirting while we are friendly, but men flirt because they are interested not because they are friendly, there is no man I know that wants to be friendly.. they flirt. So this coworker is definitly flirting.
