Does my best friends boyfriend find me attractive?

My boyfriend has noticed this a bit, but my best friends boyfriend makes these suspicious side comments that make me wonder if he likes me? I’ll make a list because I need an outside perspective:
1. He STARES at me a lot
2. He called me mommy
3. When we take group pictures he puts his arm around my lower waist which is unnecessary because he’s significantly taller than me so he could just put his hand around my shoulder
4. I share an apartment with my best friend and when he comes over he never wants to hang out in her room alone with her he always comes in the main area and the three of us talk
5. He asks me kinda sexual questions about my boyfriend and I
6. He got drunk and said we (him, my bff, and I) should all take off our shirts and flash each other remembered that I have a boyfriend then proceeded to tell me not to tell him. I don't know that might’ve just been a joke but what do you guys think? I also live with two other girls and if we collectively think he’s acting too weird we might maybe say something to her I don't know

Yes! Tell her I can understand why you would need to ask because he’s low key with it but he definitely likes you. That hand said it all

Well I know I wouldn’t like my boyfriend doing that lol so I would say it’s worth telling her, I also hope you’ve been keeping your boyfriend in the loop about this. Only because it could backfire and in retaliation her boyfriend could go to yours and say whatever. People can be petty and stupid like that. I’m not sure how she would react but at least you tried giving her a heads up.

She 100% notices and all she does is get uncomfortable and stays silent. If my roommates and I see that this is getting out of hand then we’ll sit her down tell her we notice it and that she needs to say something.
