He always look at me when laugh and cannot look me in the eyes, he always ask me about my day, and yesterday he ask me do i have a boyfriend, i said no and he said my friend like you and laugh 😂 he's younger than me , he followed me everywhere I go, so we talk about my ex boyfriend and I told him I don't want a boyfriend that younger than me ,🥲and he stop following me and his mood was very bad but it seems like he's trying to hide. Sometimes he flirt with me in phone and the other day he act like we're just friend

It's hard to say, probably just ask if he does or not and stop teasing, it's not doing him any service. If he doesn't it would be better unless you like him. Also the odd is pretty decent, talking from my experience that is. If he reacts badly to you when you said there is an attribute that he possesses that you don't like, he can infer that it's a soft rejection, obviously, he wouldn't be happy. I think just do the guy service and be open about it. It can spell a disaster from just small things. You may even enjoy his company while afraid of losing a follower but that has nothing to do with love. It's tough but things are like that.
