I’ve been talking to this guy and we’ve been on two dates so far. Our last one was Saturday and I thought it went pretty well. Anyway today I saw him around campus and I went up to him and we stepped aside and talked for a minute. As I was about to leave I was waiting for a hug but it didn’t happen.
So I was like “idk whether to give you a hug or not”
he was like “oh okay”
And I was like “are you much of a PDA person”
and he was like “no not really”
so I said “no problem, see you later” and walked away
Is this a red flag? Why wouldn’t a guy want a hug? We’ve hugged before in more private areas (parking lot, park bench).

Yeah. Sorry. There are girls that aren't to me either, and some are obsessed. There's guys out there who would give their left nut to hug you in public. Keep your head up!

Usually a guy would want a hug from a person he’s attracted to though. That’s the reason I made this question
Sorry if I'm not sayin' much, I'm eatin'. But yeah, attracted or not, someone can still say no to physical and affectionate touching. Just because they probably ain't in the mood. They do the thing, and it still doesn't fix they not in the mood. Soo maybe that's his deal for the time being, he just don't wanna.
