Take a deep breath and realise this is not the end. It's the basic human feeling to be anxious and stressed at times but that's how we evolve. Think positive go for a walk and maybe go outside and play and give your body some physical activity. It depends on the level of stress and anxiety you are facing but with the right action and with the right mindset anything is improbable. Just don't sit somewhere and overthink. It's okay to be anxious and stressed and it's your part to fly over it to make the things happen. Good luck
