I used to like this guy at first but he didn't like me back , but when he finally admitted his feelings I kinda lost interest , so is it bc I got bored bc of showing him interest but he didn't return it back or is it bc he admitted his feelings and I got the attention from him?

It's not normal but it is common among young girls. Don't worry most grow out of it as they become women. And the ones that don't typically have a hard time forging HEALTHY relationships.
